Blood work service is currently not available.​

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS of a Cold/Flu/COVID, fever, chills, sore throat, or cough, please complete
and confirm a NEGATIVE COVID rapid-test (swab of throat and nasal) before coming into the office.​

Our consultation fee for patients without provincial insurance is $100.
Our fee for school notes and work notes is $30.

​1) Family Practice Patients - BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:
​If you are a family practice patient, you can book in-person or telephone appointments. Family practice patients can l​ogin​ to book an In-Office ​​Appointment. 

2) Walk-in Assessments/Visits:​
Our walk-in Clinic is open for in-person assessments. If you have symptoms of a Cold, Flu, COVID, fever/chills, sore throat, or cough, please complete and confirm a NEGATIVE COVID rapid-test (swab of throat and nasal) before coming into the office. 

3) Telephone Consults (*Disclosure below)
Telephone consultations are only available by appointment for family practice patients.​ Family practice patients can l​ogin​ to book an a telephone appointment. You can also email us at: contact@patientnetworks.ca to request a telephone appointment with your family physician. Please note, our call to you may display as a "NO CALLER ID" number. 

After-hours care is available for our family practice patients. We work cooperatively with the Centenary After Hours Clinic​.

  1. *Telephone Consult Disclosure: Just like online shopping or email, Telephone Consults has some inherent privacy and security risks where your health information may be intercepted or unintentionally disclosed. We want to make sure you understand this before we proceed. In order to improve privacy and confidentiality, you should also take steps to participate in this virtual care encounter in a private setting and should not use an employer’s or someone else’s computer/device as they may be able to access your information.

If it is determined you require a physical exam you may still need to be assessed in person. You should also understand that Telephone Consults is not a substitute for attending the Emergency Department if urgent care is needed.
